ProofPrice copies EIA's two history files once a day and returns the published figure for the newest week, unchanged, with the week before and the same week a year earlier. No range is calculated: EIA gives one average and does not say how many stations are behind it. A place EIA does not publish is answered with the national average, and the answer says so.",
