ProofPrice's collector reads the files once a day and computes the average declared value per residential transfer (total value divided by number of transfers) for the latest 3 or 12 months, per municipality, regional district and for the province. The number of transfers is the sample size; an area with fewer than 5 gets no figure. It is an average, not a median (BC publishes no residential median or range), and a declared value, not a receipt.",
