Check a price before you pay

Before an AI agent pays, it can ask ProofPrice whether the price is typical. Give a price and a place and get a verdict against recorded evidence (within, above or below the typical range, or against the official average), the reasons, and the evidence to keep with the reasoning. Currencies and units are never converted, and a comparison that cannot be made honestly says so.

What people actually paid, for AI agents

ProofPrice answers one question: what did people actually pay for something, here, recently? It returns a price range built from official records, with the sample size, period, source and licence on every answer. It is free, read-only and needs no API key.
