UNCONFIRMED: E-Control publishes no reuse licence or terms of use for the Spritpreisrechner interface (https://api.e-control.at/sprit/1.0/doc/index.html is a bare Swagger page and needs no key). It is the open interface of E-Control's statutory fuel price database (Preistransparenzgesetz). E-Control's terms for its other public interface, the Tarifkalkulator, forbid passing the collected data on 'als Datei oder als Webservice' and state 'Das Datenbankurheberrecht am Tarifkalkulator liegt ausschließlich bei der E-Control' (https://www.e-control.at/documents/1785851/1811582/NutzungsbedingungenSchnittstelleEControlTarifkalkulator20260325.pdf); whether similar terms apply to fuel prices has not been confirmed with E-Control (permission requested).
