- Figures as of
- . This page is rebuilt when the daily price library is deployed.
- How fresh the source is
- Monthly; a month's lodgements are published in the first days of the next month
- Limits
- New South Wales only (not the rest of Australia). Rents of newly lodged bonds, so new tenancies, not sitting tenants. Rents are as provided by the agent or landlord. 'Other' bonds (rented rooms, garages and car spaces) are left out altogether, so they never pull a home's rent down; bonds of unknown dwelling type count in 'any' only. Aggregates by postcode; a postcode with fewer than 5 bonds in the window gets no figure. Houses include terraces, townhouses and semi-detached homes.
- Rule
- A figure built from records is shown only when at least 5 records sit behind it; official statistics are shown as such, with their reference period. See how we earn trust and the method.
