Quoted (asking) wholesale prices that wholesalers offer to retail buyers, not shop prices, not sales and not paid prices. Four western centres only. The range is across the week's quotes (varieties, grades, origins and package sizes of the commodity), not across customers; the sample size is the number of quotes. Only quotes that state the weight of the package can be converted to a price per kilogram; packs sold by count (for example a bunch or a dozen) are left out. AAFC may change or withdraw the file.
