- How fresh the source is
- Daily: the notice service publishes each day's notices and our copy is collected once a day
- Limits
- Winning-tender values as stated on award notices, in euros, over the whole contract (often several years); they are not unit prices and not amounts paid yet. Only notices published on the German notice service are covered: contracts below the thresholds that are not published there are missing, and only the newest months are read. Framework agreements (whose stated value is usually a ceiling) are left out, a notice is counted once at its newest version, equal tender values in one notice count once, and values under 500 euros (placeholders) or over 1 billion euros (entry errors) are left out. Purchases are recognised from the lot's main CPV product code. Aggregates only; buyers, suppliers and contact details in the open files are never read or kept.
- Rule
- A figure built from records is shown only when at least 5 records sit behind it; official statistics are shown as such, with their reference period. See how we earn trust and the method.
