What did flats sell for in postcode 69003?
Home sale prices in France, from Direction générale des Finances publiques. This source is answered live, so the page shows how to ask, not a number.
Prices recorded in official records of completed sales. Asking prices are never used.
ProofPrice reads Direction générale des Finances publiques when you ask, so the answer is always the latest published. It comes with its period, its source and its licence; a range built from records is given only when at least 5 records sit behind it.

Where this comes from
- Source
- Demandes de valeurs foncières (DVF), geo-dvf per-commune files, published by Direction générale des Finances publiques (DGFiP), files prepared by Etalab
- Licence
- Licence Ouverte / Etalab 2.0, plus the DVF reuse conditions (no re-identification of people; raw data not to be indexed by search engines)
- Attribution
- Source: DGFiP, Demandes de valeurs foncières (DVF), via geo-dvf (Etalab), Licence Ouverte 2.0.
- How fresh the source is
- Twice a year, with a delay of several months
- Limits
- We return aggregates only (median, range, count), never addresses or parcels. Alsace-Moselle and Mayotte are not covered by DVF. Prices are per home: the whole declared price of a sale of exactly one house or apartment, including any outbuildings, parking or land sold with it; sales of several homes in one deed (multi-lot sales) and sales including commercial premises are left out. The price per m² in extra divides that whole price by the built floor area (surface réelle bâtie), so it is not a Carrez-area price. DVF is published twice a year with a delay of several months, so the latest months are missing.
- Rule
- A figure built from records is shown only when at least 5 records sit behind it; official statistics are shown as such, with their reference period. See how we earn trust and the method.
