What do the official childcare prices say for County Cork, school-age in Ireland?

Childcare prices in Ireland, from Central Statistics Office. This source is answered live, so the page shows how to ask, not a number.

An official average or median published by a statistics office or regulator, not individual sales.

ProofPrice reads Central Statistics Office when you ask, so the answer is always the latest published. It comes with its period, its source and its licence; a range built from records is given only when at least 5 records sit behind it.

How fresh the source is
2016 only (CSO has not repeated the table); regional, not county; ten years old
Limits
Data are from 2016, ten years old: childcare costs in Ireland have changed a great deal since. Regional (NUTS3) figures only, no county, city or town. Averages across all paid childcare households use (centres, childminders and others, part-time and full-time hours together), so there is no split by care type or full-time and part-time, and no separate infant, toddler or preschool figures: pre-school children means all children not yet in primary school. Household-reported costs, not provider fees. The CSO does not say whether costs are before or after any subsidy the household received.
Rule
A figure built from records is shown only when at least 5 records sit behind it; official statistics are shown as such, with their reference period. See how we earn trust and the method.
