What did homes sell for in Tampines (flat type 4 room)?

Home sale prices in Singapore, from Housing & Development Board. This source is answered live, so the page shows how to ask, not a number.

Prices recorded in official records of completed sales. Asking prices are never used.

ProofPrice reads Housing & Development Board when you ask, so the answer is always the latest published. It comes with its period, its source and its licence; a range built from records is given only when at least 5 records sit behind it.

Ask for it: /api/v1/home-sales?country=SG&town=Tampines&flat_type=4+ROOM

Where this comes from

Source
Resale flat prices (from Jan 2017), published by Housing & Development Board via data.gov.sg
Licence
Singapore Open Data Licence v1.0
Attribution
Contains information from Resale flat prices accessed from data.gov.sg, made available under the terms of the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0.
How fresh the source is
Daily updates of registered resales
Limits
Public housing (HDB) only; private condominium sales are a separate source (not yet included). Prices of leasehold flats with different remaining leases, floor areas and flat types are pooled unless a flat_type is given. One answer reads at most 5,000 resales; a busy town over a long window then uses only the most recent whole months, and the period shows the months actually covered.
Rule
A figure built from records is shown only when at least 5 records sit behind it; official statistics are shown as such, with their reference period. See how we earn trust and the method.
